More than a billion Muslims around the world are starting a ramazan month. This started on Sunday night with the first night prayer, but today is the first day of fasting, which will last 29 days, until the sunset on June 4th.
As recorded in the Islamic Community in Slovenia, the month is a rambandaan blessed period, aimed at strengthening the worship service. “It is the time of the fast, the divine guidance, the divine solution, and His grace,” they wrote. Ramazan is also a “competition period” in Islam, when believers should compete who will do more good.
At the time of Ramadan, Muslims fasten between the sunrise and the sunset, and they also try to be within the framework of the moral principles taught by Islam. “The Post is, among other things, the highest degree of piety and proof of true faith, without hypocrisy and double morality,” the Islamic community wrote. During the time of Ramadan, believers often gather on common dinners, which break the post every day, so this month is also the month of socializing.
